We had the 3 courses for £18.50 deal. The food was excellent. Starters were a mixed platter. For the main course, I chose the green curry, which was slightly hot, but very tasty. Dessert was coconut ice cream with mango sauce, which was cooling after the main course. Waiters were polite and attentive. I would go back.
Always stop in when I London for excellent Thai comfort food. Always worth the stop.
Although it's a bit pricey the food is always excellent. For lunch they had a three course special for 18.50. Very nice.
I have been to this Thai Square many times, for different occasions and would highly reccomend as the food is always really good. However on this occasion we were there very early, when they opened and opted for the pre-theatre menu. For some reason, we were told (after we had ordered) that we couldn't have any of the stir-fried dishes as they didn't have electricity until 8pm? Yes the lights were on. Odd reason which meant we were only left with two 'options'. Both were tasty but not really what we wanted.
I booked Thai Square as it wqs not too far from work. The Booking process was simple and easy to follow. On arrival we were met, shown to our table and the appropriate menue was to hand; saving any issues. I was paying for the complete lunch and had booked the set lunch Menue. This was excellent with plenty of choices to look at. The Service was excellent, smooth without being over the top or rushed. Had a good evening at Thai square with the Toptable offer. If it wasn't for that it would be quite expensive but the offer is excellent. The choice and portion size is good. The food is good - not the greatest Thai food but the combination of ambiance, location and service made it a good evening. Would definitely go back when there is a Toptable offer on.
We had a great meal at thai square, good ambience and great value food! Would recommend for a cheap and cheerful eat!
Good was great, but the restaurant let themselves down with their service. They seemed a bit pushy with drinks & had to verify our toptable deal 3 times (twice checking the email confirmation & once with the waiter I told at the start which shouldn't have been necessary) and then forgot to apply the correct discount to some dishes. The restaurant is very welcoming and the ambience inviting. Every dish we had was delicious and the staff were attentive.
