The food was absolutely delicious, and they managed to get us from ordering to stepping out in just over an hour (18:00 to 19:10). Brilliant as a pre-theatre venue, especially with the delicious bargain of their £14.50 for 3 courses menu. Would go there again!
Thai Square, Trafalgar Square London The restaurant was quite nice, and the location was superb. Although I think that it is a bit expensive for thai food, we enjoyed the 3 courses £14:50 deal, it is worth specially considering that the price for a single main is already that. More than 3 courses, it is actually a set menu: a starter selection and 3 main courses to share with rice, and then ice cream for dessert. It was nice, but i wasnt that impressed.
Really nice food, good ambience and service however slightly disappointed that they only bring over the normal menu and you have to ask specifically for the offer.
I went there with a friend for a nice meal out and we were not dissapointed. The service was excellent. We did order only starters to share and unfortauntely they all came at the same time. That meant that some of the food was almost cold until we ate it. Tastewise it was excellent though. I think the value for money is ok, but not great. it is a bit on the expensive side for just a meal out.
This was our first visit to Thai Square. Really impressed !! The restaurant is lovely, soft lighting and no horrible music. Just the chit chat of customers makes for a really relaxing atmosphere. We took the pre-theatre 3 courses at £14.50. Very generous portions. The starter selection was delicious and with a nice choice. Chicken satay was really good ! Then the mains , 3 dishes plus rice. All delicious, beautifully presented. The coconut ice cream and mango sauce, perfect finish. Excellent !!
food was ok, no special deal for top table, could have got same just walking in.
amazing. trafalgar square, london. annual birthday dinner excellent service, great food, ample portion sizes, fantastic location. staff very kind, helpful and always smiling. sung happy birthday to me too! (last year they even gifted me a birthday cake!!) - perhaps im a regular.... my favourite thai restaurant in london. for everyone who enjoys fine dining, posh dining, romantic dining, in a place that is not noisy and very high class service.
Excellent food, very nice setting and great service. TT deal is very good value for money.
The food was delicious, however the service was extremely slow and we were only given one bowl of rice between six of us i.e. about one tablespoon per person, and when I asked for another one I was told I'd have to pay extra for it.
