Food was not fresh. Service was rushed. Not sure if it is a Chinese restaurant now or a Thai restaurant. Not going back. Not what it used to be.

In the past this food has been ok, this visit was so disappointing, the Pad Thai was slimy and lacking in flavour well below average, the steamed sea base had an unpleasant sour vinegar taste, sadly following this experience we would not rush back to this restaurant, the food did not reflect the price charged.

Nice looking poor food ,bland , expensive and disappointed by both of us ....this is not Thai food .....

The food was good but the evening was uncomfortable given there was 5 of us squeezed onto a table for 4. Not enough space for all our plates, glasses, bottles, cutlery, or our own selves to get some movement in to actually eat. When we asked for an extra table they said they didn’t have one and we’re fully booked. How selfish for a business to make their customers sit in such a tight space just so they can get more business in. Not the kind of service I’m used to when dining out.

We ate in an empty room on the side as the request of my husband because of covid so no atmosphere at all. Would have been better if everyone had been spread out over the two rooms rather than putting everyone else in one room. Rice was stodgy and my Thai chicken curry mediocre. Two courses and we were in and out within an hour. Service was very good though.

Whilst the food was OK the service was rushed to say the least …. Our menus were being taken before we had even finished ordering and our bill was placed on the table just has we said no desert ! Don’t visit Thai square if you want a leisurely meal

I have been to Thai Square numerous times in the past and found the food and service really good - this time however just shoddy. Prawns rubbery, curry insipid, duck dry, rice old and more like mash! Waiter practically threw the food at us. I know time are hard due to Covid - but this was unacceptable and I will never go back to a Thai Square again.

We left! Not at all inviting, no ambiance. Felt as if we were in McDonald's. Didn't order food, but when looking at the menu, nothing excited us.

It’s an average Thai meal. Nothing stands out in terms of the dishes.
