Terrible service. Wrong orders taken, some items were forgotten, slightly chaotic approach to dealing with issues.

This is to bring to your kind attention, the pitiable service rendered to us coupled with indifferent attitude of the staff serving us during our visit to your restaurant in Windsor on Wednesday evening (19 Sep). I've come to Thai Square many times and have always loved it, but on this occasion brought my business colleagues for a meal and sadly the poor service and rudeness of the staff let it down. The food was great and enjoyed by all but the rudeness of one particular waiter who was patronising left a sour taste and experience. Upon being presented the bill, a gratuity charge of 10% was added which we didn't feel was deserved, since the staff would literally ignore our requests when we called out for them. I have been to many Thai Restaurants. The quality of food and service at Thai Square is just below standard. With a high price tag which doesn't reflect the quality of both service rendered and food quality. It was also too noisy as there were small groups of people dining who were not considerate to other customers. The setting isn't romantic at all. SIMPLY BELOW STANDARD I ordered coke and the waiter brought me diet coke.

This Thai Square restaurant in Windsor is a stylish place and it seems very popular and buzzy. However, some food we ordered were dissappointing. The sauce of "the duck with seewed "ordered was too strong (salty and sweet) and Thai dumpling had no flavour and taste. Ready-made food you could get at supermarket might taste better these, I am afraid. Also it is generally overpriced.
