I have recommended... (Verified Renter) I have recommended this apartment to friends and family. I love living here and our rental has a great price! The only problem I have and would hope my friends and family wouldn't have are the cockroaches.

Maintenance is extremely... (Verified Renter) Maintenance is extremely slow to respond. Me and my roommate would often have to stop by the leasing office and call multiple times over the course of weeks to have a simple repair done. I would also appreciate a dog park and a bigger gym, as well as a club house area for socializing. I love it... (Verified Renter) I love it here. Unfortunately 3 wks without working air is unacceptable. I have a 5 yr old and we've had some really hot weather during the time my air has been out of svc.
Not a bad... (Verified Renter) Not a bad place to live at all, liked the quality of the apartments and community was nice (once we got the gym up and running). I would recommend the 1800, but one comment I have is just with the move out process: it would be great to have a reminder checklist of things to keep in mind- specifically cancellation of electricity and if we rented washer/dryer. But anything else that is good to keep in mind.
I have had... (Verified Renter) I have had numerous issues with rental rate being correct on the online portal. I overpayed initially because I didn’t pay close attention to the amounts. They had me on my lease twice, so I was also paying utilities for two occupants when I am the only person living in the apartment. Haven’t had great service with the staff in getting my issues resolved.
