The gardening crew... (Verified Renter) The gardening crew cut bushes to low. Painter have left splaters on the storage room door and the side over there. Junk is left all over the place.
Satisfied These apartments are decent for the price. They are some of the more affordable apartments in the area but still nice. The location is absolutely perfect which in my opinion is the reason rates are a bit pricey. I would say if you decide to stay here you'd be paying more for convenience rather than amenities, but it's well worth it when you get to literally walk to a mini strip mall because it's so close. Beautiful property friendly staff This property is really beautiful. Its one of those hidden in plain sight communities. Minutes from bells ferry elementary and surrounded by fun lications for the children to go. Theres skyzone, monkey joes. Childcare centers near by too. Great area to be in close to the grocery and shopping!! I like the place!!! Definatly worth checking out and if in your budget a smart move!
Nice Sized Apartments I've lived at The 1800 for almost a year in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment has a huge walk-in closet and a functional fireplace, which I used all winter. The complex is close to 75 and 575, and to lots of shopping and restaurants. The best part is that it is close to Kennesaw Mountain, and is surrounded by trees and greenery. It's like living in the mountains without the drive.
Heaven is where my home is So close to church and working for God is a blessing. My piece of heaven here is restful and enjoyable. Than you Lord for safety, comfort and a little piece of Heaven, here at home.
USE CAUTION The interior of the apartments are nicely laid out. If however something needs fixing: GOOD LUCK with getting it fixed in a timely manner. There's generally 2-3 maintenance staff for 500+ apartments that are 30+ years old. The office staff has VERY HIGH TURNOVER. The grounds are not well kept, for the amount of rent they're charging. ASK QUESTIONS AND JUDGE HOW THEY ANSWER.
