I've been buying watches from Hyde Park since 1989 and am consistently impressed by their quality customer service. I am especially grateful to Susi Altman for obtaining a rare limited edition G-Shock. Her depth of knowledge and outgoing personality made for another joyful purchase.

I wasn't able to find a new setting for my engagement ring that I really wanted. The associate at Hyde Park suggested I work with their in-house jewelry designer. Together we came up with the perfect ring using my existing diamond that fit my vision for a new setting for my 25th anniversary. Then we created a new ring for my husband to match. I worked with Barrie Alpert at Hyde Park and had one of the most pleasant trade/purchase experiences I can recall in a jewelry shop!
