I worked with Justin Sheppherd. Just was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I had a specific location and price range in mind, and though it took a while to find something Justin continued to take me to see places the entire time. When I did find the home I bought, Justin helped to negotiate based on specific terms I desired, and provided good negotiating advice. I would definitely recommend working with him.

We talked with several realtors before we met Ted and I can't even begin to explain the difference. Although Ted is very highly in demand, he manages to focus completely on YOU and is always 100% attentive to finding the right property. Justin Sheppard made the home buying experience pleasant and seamless in such a competitive market. We ended up buying a great house in the exact neighborhood we wanted. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Justin helped us find an amazing home and made sure the deal got done. He also helped me rent out my old place all while he was getting married and moving into a house himself. When he was out for his honeymoon, Zach stepped right in and assisted with anything we needed. Overall it was a great experience and we are really happy with our purchase.
