We worked with Ted Esquibel and he was very available. It didn't matter if it was 8am or 8pm he would always answer his phone or call me right back. Also, if there was something he couldn't answer he would exhaust his connections to find an answer. With the Austin real estate market as hot as it is right now it's tough to find an agent that will make you feel like they're making your needs a priority but Ted was able to do that. Thanks!

Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful in the San Antonio market area. His response time for communication is impeccable! He sent me 100 ' s of listing for Homes in Bexar County! I was able to figure out what area would be good to purchase a home in. Thanks and Great job Chris!

We found our home after the second showing with Ted. Who was really good about keeping us updated and informed about everything from start till finish. He was very helpful and patient as we were first time buyers. They were able negotiate the price and get the washer dryer and fridge with the home. We love our new home and would recommend them to anyone. My wife and I would like to thank you guys for your excellent service.

As first time home buyers my husband and I were very nervous about the entire process but Justin Sheppard made this process very simple. We were able to purchase a home within our budget that included everything we wanted. Justin was very knowledgable about the area and was very responsive to our questions. My wife and I were first time home buyers so we were new and clueless to the process. Justin Sheppard started with us at the beginning and walked us through it all the way to the end. Surprisingly the process was pretty easy mainly because Justin went above and beyond to make sure this happened. I would highly recommend Justin if your looking to buy in house in Austin. He was very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable of the Austin home market, made my life easier.

Justin helped us buy our first home and did a great job!
