Get directionsWe worked with Eileen briefly due to the fact that she seemed to completely disregard our needs. We are a family that was looking to purchase our first home and Eileen consistently sent us information on houses well out of our price range. It felt more like she was looking out for her own commission instead of our best interest. She was also late to our appointment and didn't have access to the home for us to tour? Another realtor helped us find a beautiful new home within our price range after only 3 weeks. If he local know... read more
I’m not sure how this person calls themselves a real estate professional. I reached out about a rental property, and they initially responded once to my first question. After that—nothing. I followed up multiple times over several days, even asked to schedule a tour, and got no response. I also asked if they’d accept $1,850 in rent—no response again. Then, four days later, they lowered the listed rent to $1,850, exactly what I had offered. I reached out once more to ask why they weren’t responding, especially since they coul... read more
Dear Zillow Team and Potential Clients, I recently had the opportunity to communicate with Jason regarding a property viewing. Unfortunately, the interaction was marked by a lack of professionalism and effective communication, which left a disappointing first impression. We had scheduled an appointment for 12:00 PM; however, it appears there may have been a scheduling discrepancy on Zillow's platform, resulting in a 9:00 AM slot. Upon accessing the device shortly after 10:00 AM, I promptly notified Jason of the apparent erro... read more
My experience with Crystal was unfortunately horrible. I was a first time home buyer at the time and found Crystal when I was showing interest in a property. She said she could help and SEEMED very trustworthy. But what ensued during and after purchasing the property was a nightmare. For one Crystal was willing to die by the hill that the house was properly priced and there was now room to move. Upon doing the closing process they assessed my property for 80k less then it was listed for. I had to fight to get it brought down... read more
Agent seemed new and very inexperienced. Was not familiar with forms requiring multiple corrections. Poor negotiations skills. Sellers agent walked all over her. I had to step in/go around my agent in order to get things done. Did not seem to understand the closing process. Did not follow up and make sure everything was ready for closing. Did not bother to show up at closing. I would not use this agent again.
Never got a call after setting a time to view the home. When I called their office the receptionist told me that the agent tried to contact me but I didn’t answer. I informed her that wasn’t true as I never got a call. She said she will personally ensure I get a call back and follow up in 5 mins. Needless to say that never happened either.
Sonia is a very kind person, however she seems to me very young, and very unsure of what she's doing (To my opinion, she made several mistakes that mislead me about the state of the real estate I was purchasing and in particular the promises of the seller); I would definitely not use her in the future, as well as her firm. It should be known that The Agency Texas (she works for), threatened to sue me upon seeing the review.
In the house hunting end, Tim was patient with us and showed us many houses. On the buying end, he worked with the seller to get us repair fees when the seller said she was not going to fix some of the issues. I think he could have been more proactive with the mortgage company though. He was unaware, until after the fact, about what they did with our closing. The seller and her agent knew what was happening, our agent didn't. The mortgage company took the check from us that was intended for repairs, repairs we had scheduled ... read more
He doesn’t really send many houses to look at. We found every house we were interested in. He was pretty good when it came to immediate appointments on our schedule. Very poor when it came down to negotiation. Lastly, he didn’t have the consideration to let us know he wasn’t going to be at our closing. Every realtor I’ve known understands that customer service is what sets one apart, especially with such a large purchase. Mr. Brown heavily lacks in that category.
