I had placed my home on the market Jan 2021 and the realtor I originally had chosen was a great salesman but not to be in my favor. Other comparable homes in our neighborhood were sitting on the market for an awfully long time & reducing their prices despite the crazy market we’re in, so we were a little nervous about listing. Morgan was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the buying process. He always had a positive attitude and good insight. We actually started looking for a home in Austin over a year ago but the search was Interrupted by Covid, yet Morgan was patient and continued to help us and I never heard a complaint from him.

Nikhil is one of the most solid people you can meet. I see a lot of agents who are very transactional and only care about contracts and closing but Nikhil genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being. I was a buyer in a tricky and lengthy new home construction process and he was with me at every step. Nikhil is extremely personable which is key especially when dealing with the seller while displaying tenacity when necessary to make sure he delivers for his client.
