Analeisa helped us find and purchase our first home about 3 years ago, and when we were deciding to lease the property, she was our first call. Analeisa rocks! I was so fortunate in this wild Austin market to snag the first condo I placed an offer on or even viewed in person. I purchased in June 2020 and there was no luck involved in this fortunate situation as Analeisa has a great knowledge of the market, and a keen sense of what offer would be desirable to the seller which made all of the difference. My buying experience was amazing, highly recommend.

Christian is amazing! I have bought quite a few homes throughout the country and by far he’s the best realtor ever and quite frankly, one of the nicest and best people I’ve ever met and I have some great people in my life. He’s super responsive, very knowledgeable with great negotiation skills. I would highly recommend Christian. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going with someone. else.

Brandon took care of every aspect of this sale so I didn’t have to do anything but sign. I trusted him to get the best offer and he answered all my questions. Plus he is a great guy! I bought property from him in the past and hopefully will do so again in the future!

Nikhil makes an effort to be communicative, and explainative. We were first time home buyers trying to get a feel for a crazy Austin market. His approach is data driven, and he gave great estimates as to what to realistically expect, broke things down for us, and was always reachable. We were able to secure a successful bid quickly.
