Make sure that everyone one involves communicates clearly and concisely. I thought I had communicated clearly that we wanted/needed the seller to pay part of the closing costs, but apparently that was not what was relayed to the seller. I will say that Tim's knowledge of the area was very well received and he listened to the things that were important to us. He could tell from my husbands reactions when we actually found the "right" home for us.

Patient and informed. These are the two most important qualities you can have in an agent and Enrique has these in spades. As first-time house buyers, we had to google the word "mortgage" before we started this process. No question we asked was too stupid and Enrique was the beacon of hope in an otherwise grim housing market. Enrique is not your stereotypical cheerleader fixated on the close. Jamin was very helpful in the home purchasing process. He was very detail oriented with documentation and information requested about the property. He was responsive to our contact requests and coordinated all viewings and inspection appointments.

Although I had not read any reviews, nor had I had any recommendations, I sold my old house and bought my new one with Enrique, who I met on Zillow. After looking around for a new house for about a year, and having met with many agents, I didn't feel like trusting the sale of my house to just anyone. I met Mr. Gavito while selling my house. Since he is fluent in Spanish, he made my experience tremendously smooth and actually enjoyable. This was The first house I ever sold and I had no idea of what I was doing. George was very patient with me and took me through the process and explained everything to me as we went along and what my options were I was very happy with having him help me through this process I would use him again and again.
