Tim was very knowledgeable and very flexible with our hectic work hours. Always professional and very helpful when it came to looking for an inspector and cleaning company. Responded to our emails and texts within 24 hours most within the same day. Would recommend Tim Brown for anyone looking to sell or buy a home. He has great negotiation skills and kept us thoroughly informed throughout th3 whole process.

As a first-time home buyers, Analeisa has been our angel. She is personable, professional, respectful, and thoughtful. She basically held our hand through the entire process from start to finish and was nothing but understanding and helpful. Summer is AMAZING!! We had so much fun looking at houses. She was so great at narrowing down our search and helping us find the perfect home. I have nothing but praises to Summer. Our first time home buying process was not an easy one, our lender gave us a hard time to their best, delayed our closing 4 times, asked for the almost impossible non-existent documents, then denied our loan on the eve of 3rd closing date due to some legality issue. We were about to give up but Summer was there the whole time. On top of her 5/5 negotiation skills, she also was there with us the whole loan application process.
