I have had the best experience with the Alcott team. I started working with Tiffanie over a month ago as I was planning on moving to Denver. It's scary to rent a new place from out of state. Tiffanie gave me a video tour of the complex, sent me tons of photos, and answered every single one of my endless questions. We put a unit on hold, but ended up delaying our move because of Covid-19. The Alcott is a beautiful community to be a part of. The leasing staff has been nothing but kind, courteous and helpful during this very trying time. Tiffanie and Kari took the time to virtually tour in the midst Corona virus to make sure that my new apartment fits my needs as well as my wants. Tiffanie has been overly communicative and made sure that as she receives information that she passes it along. We are so very grateful for finding such a great community to be a part of.
The Alcott is a great building with an amazing view of the city.
This building is GORGEOUS! The on-site team and ownership are amazing and truly care about their residents’ needs. If you are in the market for a new apartment home I would highly recommend this one. Ask for Kari, she will find you the perfect home!
