In my 6 months here at the Alcott, I have had nothing but discomfort and unsurety. 1. if you sign here, dot your i's and cross your t's with them. Reasons: -I was originally quoted 1793. I was told I could not move in without renter's insurance, so i had to wait a couple days -i was requoted 1807 just for that, but i signed the digital doc -i had a number of $1889 slid in on my lease. with utilities this would be $1961 -i was underinformed of the excessive extra charges, such as a poolside ammenity when they don't do ANYTHI... read more

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT move here, at least until the safety issue in this area is handled. There is theft and constant car break ins in the “locked” parking garage. Residents have been constantly stolen from and it feels as there there are no real actions from management. Residents are told the camera security system “glitched” and security guards can be found sleeping outside while they are supposed to be protecting the area. I lived here a year and it was very disappointing…definitely not a luxury experience. The elevators were always broken, amenities not open or only open during business hours. Management did not communicate anything unless you chased them down and even then they acted like you were the rude one for raising issues. Mail room was overrun with packages despite having a package locker, lots of theft. Also frequently found trash, urine and throw up in common areas on weekends. Look somewhere else to live.
