Verified Renter Very lovely apartment community, friendly staff, well maintained and well-managed. The two maintenance guys are especially helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. Office staff do their best to resolve all issues - stellar personnel! Rent is too high even with all of the amenities, and with water, trash and electric, etc., we won't be able to stay here.

The management and staff put a LOT of thought into the activities and have so much to offer. It's peaceful... my little slice of paradise!! With so many communities in the area I am THANKFUL every day I chose The Alexander at Countryside.

Verified Renter Really thin walls. Hopefully your neighbors are quiet. Pool is small for the amount of units, I anticipate lots of crowding in the summer. Strange terms in the lease agreement, be sure to request a copy before applying for the property. They charge you fees on top of your rent that aren't advertised to nickle and dime the monthly amount due (disclosed in the lease, but you only see that after applying). Nobody here seems to like the valet trash service, water billing practices have been highly questionable fo... read more
