Verified Renter The response of the maintenance was very prompt. The maintenance man was very pleasant and very nice. Cleaned up the work. Very clean and very excellent place to live.
Verified Renter I love living here. Is great complex and I feel very safe. I wish Id stay here another year, but raising my rent is an absolute epic fail. I have been a stellar resident, and that has not been taken into consideration, so I unfortunately now have to move to a cheaper place. It is sad this company wont honor good residents and instead we need to move on and out. Id stay in a heartbeat, but I cannot pay more than what Im paying.

Add to that the fact that the location is perfect for whatever activities you may be interested in. We are close to everything.

Verified Renter The Alexander at Countryside is an outstanding place to live. We found this beautiful place the day our home closed in California. We were searching the internet for places to live around Countryside and this Community was the one that stuck out the most. We found the many floor plans to our liking along with the Clubhouse and gyms and the huge pool.
