This place is a joke! I’ll never use them again- I said no to the bordatella- so they put my dog in a kennel for 3 hours now he has kennel cough- I’ll be speaking to an attorney

Very disappointed in the overall experience. Staff was not knowledgeable with procedure and very rude during follow up phone calls. A very different experience than the previous one. The death of a family pet is difficult enough without the added heartache.
