Verified Renter I've been living at The Ardent for 7 months and overall, I've had a great experience. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities such as the pool appears to be well maintained, people are always using it, I have yet to take a dip myself. My apartment itself is quiet and comfortable. The location is great, close to Safeway, Rite-Aid, other stores. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the grass area outside of my unit is not the best, soggy. Verified Renter Family is everything and that’s what you get when you choose to live at the Ardent. I’ve been living here for 5 years and you don’t stay somewhere for 5 years unless you love it. The state of the art gym is another amazing plus. 3 swimming pools and games and snacks in the office area lots of fun and entertainment just what family ordered.
