Verified Renter Apartment complex is clean, and quiet. No issues in the comfort area. Sometimes the trash people do not come during the specific times but that’s no issue for us

Verified Renter I’ve only been here a couple of weeks, but so far so good! I really appreciate how dog friendly the property is! Haven’t used many of the other amenities yet but overall, It’s starting to feel more like home!

Verified Renter I would like it if I could pay at anytime via My Portal, regardless of late or not. I MEAN, you make money off me being late... just let me be able to pay at anytime instead of having to mail my rent for being a week or two past due.

Verified Renter I love living at the Ardent. There are 3 pools to relax by in the summer lots of trails and fun places to go with my dog. I love that I am across the street from everything.
