Verified Renter There’s lots of flooded areas when it rains,not a lot of drainage which means if you have a dog they will likely be covered in mud when you take them for a walk. There’s also trash everywhere, not sure if it’s residents that leave their trash everywhere or if the garbage pick up is lacking. The dog park is never really cleaned so it constantly smells like pee. Verified Renter I have been living at this apartment complex for four years now. We initially moved into a older unit, but have now upgraded to the remodel unit. It is so homey the location is perfect and the Leasing Office staff is very helpful. Have not had much issues here.

Verified Renter Honestly great amenities around the complex. I enjoy getting to go to the gym and don't have to worry about pricy memberships. The general vibe of this place is very "quiet college campus" too with nature areas to walk and a nearby library!
