Verified Renter Quiet and very nice apartments. TheArdent has the best management in the world. I really like the apartments in the first and third zones where it is always quiet and calm. The second zone of the apartments is noisier and is located above Bothell Everett Hwy, which is not always comfortable, especially at night when the police and ambulance drive very loudly past.
Verified Renter So far so good! The gyms could use some upgrading, such as having more variety in weights and machines. The neighborhood is nice but parking is a an issue with not enough open spaces. We are happy with our experience so far.
Verified Renter The best apartments I have ever met, with friendly staff. Very beautiful and clean territory. There are three swimming pools and a fitness center and a tennis court on the territory. I recommend it to everyone!!!
Verified Renter I love living here. Very nice quiet neighborhood, its also nice at the fact theres three pools. Summer time has been very nice so far me and my wife have been able to cool off with ease.

Verified Renter So far everyone on staff has been super friendly. There were a few issues with our apartment that we were told would be taken care of before move in, and they werent, but that have been very communicative and nice about handling that. So far so good!
