Verified Renter Clean apartments, fast response from maintenance team, friendly community. Very dog friendly and fantastic dog amenities. Trash vallete is super convenient.
Verified Renter So far I’m loving my new apartment, Michaella was great and has help me with any issue that I had in my apartment. I already tried the gym and equipment is well maintained. Maintenance was super fast on fixing some things and so far my neighbors are good.
Verified Renter The staff is really helpful and the parking is super pleasant, it’s a big complex with tons of buildings but somehow still feels really spacious and there’s always parking for a guest close by during the daytime

Verified Renter My experience over the 13 years being a resident has changed through multiple ownership. Less about the in apartment living experience and more about the rent and the occupancy. Maintenance has been available in a timely manner when requested. Unfortunately, preventative maintenance is not a priority.

Great location and management! I have lived at the Ardent (previously the Mill) for about 7 years. There has been its round of management changes, but the current management is amazing. The office staff (especially Lorenzo and Michaella) are very friendly and prompt at responding and addressing maintenance requests. This complex is also right next to the Mill Creek town center, and makes it easy to walk right over for a bite to eat. The Mill at Mill Creek I have lived at The Mill for over a year now and am very happy. The office staff and service staff are friendly and responsive to any need or concern I have. With the property being built in 1983, items are needing repair as they would in any home and I am pleased with the response time for repair within my unit. I enjoy my apartment and feel safe at The Mill. I prefer garden style apartments instead of a high rise and management does a super job keeping up the community.
