This was our 2nd refi. in less than 2 years. We bought originally with Sam and he has done well for us on all 3 transactions. I would strongly tell anyone too use Sam and VIP! With current Pandemic there was no face to face ,just the use of a online service. It worked very well.

Sam/Trisha called me at 9:00 PM on a Saturday night to take my application for a loan, as I needed proof of it the following day. Then Sam followed up expediently with requests for documents from me. It all went off without a hitch. I highly recommend them!
