We called and he picked up the phone immediately, and we started the REFI process that day. We got the rate and schedule that we wanted. All my questions during the process were answered the same day. Sam provided excellent customer service, and helped make the process easy. We highly recommend him.
Sam was a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to answer the phone and patiently explained complicated issues to me. He locked us in at an incredibly low rate and worked with me to understand the numbers that made up our loan. On top of everything else I had a work related concern that required special consideration and Sam's team was beyond accommodating.
