I first called Sam back in 2016. At that time my credit was really crappy. He gave me really great advice to get our credit in better shape. From 2016 until now I’ve touched base with Sam maybe once a year. Sam has been amazing. Esmeralda and Trisha are fantastic. They helped me every step of the way and kept me up-to-date.
Excellent communication and followup to get the refi completed.
Closing was chaotic and there was very little communication as to why that was.
The Azares Team provided top-notch service to our family. We have now done two loans now with Tricia and Sam Azares at VIP Mortgage. Coming from out of state, we were a bit nervous not knowing any local lenders for our home purchase. I am a licensed new home specialist so I do know my way around the home industry. We were so pleased with our first experience, we asked them to do a streamline refinance for us. VIP Mortgage was fast, efficient and professional and did everything they said they would. I highly recommend them!
Communication was easy
I was very pleased at how well this transaction went. I was made aware of everything that was expected of me, as the Buyer. All my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Little stress!
