Extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, quick, responsive, tremendous communication. They truly make you feel like you are part of their family and do everything needed to make getting a loan simple and not complicated. During this incredibly stressful time when all resources are testing beyond normal limits, they came thru. I really can’t adequately emphasize my respect and appreciation. I didn’t know one person prior to applying for a loan but left with a new friend.
Not a lot of back and forth. They told me what documents they needed, I sent them and that was it. Very smooth and seamless procedure. I have used them before and will use them again if the situation arises.

Sam Azares was amazing and was there to help us succeed in buying our first house. Even though we had some troubles with the credit score. He still managed to have me do the right thing to build the credit I need. He is amazing at what he does and the sam goes to everyone in his office. They are AWESOME!!!!! We love our new home and it's all thanks to them...
