Sam Team is great! They are knowledgable and responsive! The rate they provided is very competitive though not the lowest among what I was offered. I picked them because of their excellent service. They picked up or returned my call in the early morning and late evening. When purchasing a home, we are dealing with multiple groups each presented some level of uncertainty.
