Ive been living... (Verified Renter) Ive been living here since 2010 and Ive never experienced too many problems..outside of outrageous rental increases and unexplaneably high water bills that were NEVER resolved. Other than that..its been a VERY pleasant experience living here. Its always been well maintained, service requests were few but speedily resolved and its always been a quiet place in my areas.
