Take peoples dogs?! Not cool.
We have used this service in the past. The customer service has been okay. I made reservations for school vacation over a month ago for our dog to stay for 2 nights. I take him there to drop him off and was told there was not a reservation. Incompetent staff nearly ruined our family vacation. The staff at the desk was rude and unaccommodating. Pretty much said sorry, oh well. We are appalled at their lack of trying to make this right. We will never use this service again.
