The installers were great. The quality and appearance of the new shower are great. However our shower doors are still missing. The day of the install, the installers informed us that they did not have them. They called and were told that the doors were in the warehouse and they would make arrangements with us to have them installed. It has been almost two weeks and we still do not have the shower doors and no one has called to set up the installation. There’s a multitude of issues with the install including two sizable fractures in my drywall, the installers did not clean up after leaving as evidence by the broken tiles on my shelves, the dust and caulk left behind on my toilet and bathroom fooor, shelves and the dirt left in my shower along with the shower head that continues to leak despite being turned off.

I have pending issues with the shelving I ordered and shower barn doors are not even & water is getting on my floor. I have called 3 times and spoke with 3 different people and I have not received any resolution.

Bath and shower company which Tom works for who was my installer did a spectacular job and I would highly recommend him for service. I would not recommend bath authority because on several occasions there were details left out of the contract that will agreed to during my consultation with my sales rep daniel.
