There’s a multitude of issues with the install including two sizable fractures in my drywall, the installers did not clean up after leaving as evidence by the broken tiles on my shelves, the dust and caulk left behind on my toilet and bathroom fooor, shelves and the dirt left in my shower along with the shower head that continues to leak despite being turned off.
I have pending issues with the shelving I ordered and shower barn doors are not even & water is getting on my floor. I have called 3 times and spoke with 3 different people and I have not received any resolution.
Bath and shower company which Tom works for who was my installer did a spectacular job and I would highly recommend him for service. I would not recommend bath authority because on several occasions there were details left out of the contract that will agreed to during my consultation with my sales rep daniel.
I would not recommend The Bath Authority to a friend.
