Buying a house is super stressful and I am sure al mortgage companies probably do this but receiving the book about the process was super nice and the simple Starbucks gift card and the tea was just super nice to open on stressful days. I know it is very cheap but it is just the thought and gesture of it was super nice. I forget the nice lady’s name we were dealing with but she didn’t seem to get annoyed at all our questions and our phone calls. Overs great experience.
