Due to my inexperience in obtaining a mortgage there was some miscommunication in the down payment information which led to some confusion on my part at closing. Also, the process is frustrating in not knowing the final costs until almost at the time of closing leading to increased stress attempting to get everything together; however, the staff was kind, compassionate and willing to answer my questions when I realized I had questions.
