Prominent location on the corner of 10th Street and Hennepin Avenue in a recently renovated 105 year old former jewelry store. We stayed here for a Baseball weekend. The place is blocks from target Center & Target field . Location is A+ it’s close to restaurants & pubs. The apartment is on the 2nd level with one set of stairs to get up. No elevator. It has two bedrooms , 1 bathroom , kitchen and living room. You are right downtown so there is lots of noise outside which is to be expected. Lots of sirens, and noise from nearby bars. If you’re going to Minneapolis for baseball or basketball this is a great option!
Super convenient to the baseball stadium! The Birdhouse was in a good spot and well priced. Also, the host is very responsive and we were thankful for their flexibility with our check-in time!

Location is the reason you'll stay at Kenwood's place. If you're attending a play/concert/baseball/basketball game Kenwood's spot is so convenient. We had a family member staying at a nearby hotel and it was extremely convenient to it. On the flip side, it is loud--esp. the two nights we were there when there were sporting events both nights. The Bird House is a fantastic location in the Theater District. If you are going to a show at the Orpheum, State or Pantages this is the place for you. It’s also centrally located for any number of endeavors. The beds were very comfortable and the couch and chairs were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.

Great price for two bedrooms in this neighborhood. We could walk to the concert and baseball game we had planned. There is a Target store and lots of resturants/bars nearby as well. Affordable parking garage across the street. It was a little loud at night, lots of street noise.
A great spot! Lots of restaurants, venues, and stores are within walking distance. Parking was super close and simple to get in and out of. The host was direct and friendly with us. The place was super clean and welcoming. Me and my friends had a great time in Minneapolis and a great place to call home for a weekend. 😌
