Location is the reason you'll stay at Kenwood's place. If you're attending a play/concert/baseball/basketball game Kenwood's spot is so convenient. We had a family member staying at a nearby hotel and it was extremely convenient to it. On the flip side, it is loud--esp. the two nights we were there when there were sporting events both nights. The Bird House is a fantastic location in the Theater District. If you are going to a show at the Orpheum, State or Pantages this is the place for you. It’s also centrally located for any number of endeavors. The beds were very comfortable and the couch and chairs were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.

Great price for two bedrooms in this neighborhood. We could walk to the concert and baseball game we had planned. There is a Target store and lots of resturants/bars nearby as well. Affordable parking garage across the street. It was a little loud at night, lots of street noise.
A great spot! Lots of restaurants, venues, and stores are within walking distance. Parking was super close and simple to get in and out of. The host was direct and friendly with us. The place was super clean and welcoming. Me and my friends had a great time in Minneapolis and a great place to call home for a weekend. 😌
This was the perfect place for being downtown with lots to do and close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and since my son lives in Minneapolis, will likely be rebooking this place for future visits.
Awesome location with a cool view. Cozy and comfortable. Based on other reviews I expected street noise but surprised that it was mostly quiet.
Wonderful place in a great location but extremely loud at night. Blackout shades would really help as well as the parking ramp across the street was super bright.
