I had a great experience working with the realtor Susan Pepal of the Bob & Ronna Group in the DMV area. I was under very tight time constraints to find a property, and Susan worked to make sure I found a very nice home. She went beyond what was necessary to make sure that I was able to move forward, and was always transparent about information needed to make decisions, as well as advocating on my behalf. I highly recommend working with Susan.
Wow I can't believe I did not do this before! Susan was quite actually the most pleasant person we could have had for our first home buying experience. She was so knowledgeable and sincere with helping my wife and I find that forever home that fit our needs and budget. She really helped bring us into reality by letting us figure out that we could not have every single thing on our wants list, but we could compromise and still come out having a great home! We have been living in our home for almost a year and I love it.
