Erin Bonhoff was a great agent. As a first time home buyer that did not know much about the process, Erin took her time in walking me through each step. She was great in providing insights to getting the best situation and sourcing properties for me to look at as well. She took my top concerns in buying a property and matched what we looked at to meet those needs. She also introduced me to an inspection agent who was a 10/10 individual at Viking Home Inspections. Would highly recommend!
Lisa Winslow came highly recommended to us and she did not disappoint. My wife and I are from out-of-state and had to visit homes remotely. Very happy with the level of service Mary Harris provided during our home selling/buying process. It was a sellers market, and we had a very difficult time having an offer accepted, due to so many other people coming in with cash and no contingencies.
