Ronna & Bob know the Columbia real estate market extremely well. Each house we looked at they knew the builder and unique things to look for (and look out for). And they were looking out for me. They suggested we visit one property, and within a few minutes Bob said, "This one has hasn't been maintained well. I'd pass." and we left. On the process side, I had to close from a different city and they were extremely helpful in making it happen.
The Bob & Ronna team were a joy to work with. They arrived at their first meeting well prepared and offered sound advice throughout the selling process. They helped us navigate the complexities of various offers and smoothed the way as challenges arose. Highly recommended for home sellers!
I spoke to Caitlin about a listing I saw and she had Sophia send me the link. I met Sophia to look at the condo on a Tuesday and we put in an offer on Thursday (after showing me other properties in the area). Sophia was very knowledgable and when she didn't know the answer to a question right away, she always got back to me in a timely fashion. We appreciate what Bob & Ronna did to sell our home! Everything was exceptional from the contractors they recommended to getting our home ready for the market, to the staging, photography, and marketing that was done. Even in these challenging times they were able to sell our home in only 5 days! We will always remember all their good work. Easily the worst experience of my life. From pricing the home improperly at the beginning to improper marketing to failure to follow through on communications; the level of effort and benefit you receive from their service is very low. Also, if you plan to do business with them I would recommend giving them a 30 day notice to terminate the agreement with them, within 10 days of having signed with them.
