We have worked with Bob & Ronna to sell two homes and buy two homes over the past decade and could not imagine using any other team. Their knowledge of the local market helped us to make smart selling and buying decisions. We appreciated their recommendations when it came to vendors, price points, design and preparing our property for sale. And those choices were spot on. As we have relocated away from Maryland we hate that our next home will not be purchased using Bob & Ronna.
Off to a rocky start last September when we first put the house on the market. Didnt get much looks. We pulled it off and then relaunched in the early spring at a lower price. Because we are out in the country and have a custom build home (by the original owner) we had a hard time getting the right comps. BRG helped with that. Agents from The Bob & Ronna Group were absolutely amazing! I am a first time home buyer and they made this process so easy to understand for me. They are extremely knowledgable and do their best to make it as stress free as possible. They were always available for any questions or concerns I had. Our agent at The Bob and Ronna Group contacted the majority of realtors of our potential buyers prior to showings to make sure that our visitors were pre-approved AND pre-qualified.
