Verified Renter The Boulavard is an amazing complex that feels safe, and clean, and provides a "homey" feeling of Detroit. Kassem is the best! The office staff is always great to talk with and the Amazon hub in the lobby is extremely convenient. The building is very diverse so everyone will definitely feel welcome.

Verified Renter The Boulevard is a very nice building with plenty of solid features for young adults. The appliances and apartment features all appear to be relatively new, and for he most part the hallways and common areas are kept clean. There definitely is a lack of community to some degree, but that could be due to being new to the area. It would be nice to see the surrounding area around the building build up a little bit more, as there aren't many nice restaurants or bars within a 1 mile walk of the complex.
