Verified Renter Im extremely satisfied My number one reason for selecting The Boulevard, was the close proximity to my sons school. He can walk to and from with his friends , they can stop by one of the delicious eating spots along their route from school, I can hop on the lodge freeway and go to work() my parents stay five minutes away. Doesnt get any better than that.. oh yeah!! almost forgot minutes away from downtown

Verified Renter This is an amazing clinic with the most warm and responsive staff!! The apartment are beautiful and allow you to have all of the privacy you could want. The community amenities are incredible and they hold amazing events that allow you to socialize with your fellow residents. This move was the best decision of my life for both quality and security and Mariena and Leo make everything wonderful every day!!

Absolutely Stunning! I have lived in many new modern apartments and this one by far is one of the best. I have lived in Arizona, Los Angeles, and Portland Oregon. The Boulevard was the only spot I could find in Detroit (actually all of Michigan) that reminded me of the west coast. It's modern with a hip vibe while still feeling comfortable. Mariena, Jamison, and Shaina were incredible. Shoutout Maurice! I’ve lived here for a year and had to move sadly because of graduate school. But Jamison, Mariena and Shaina made the whole moving AND living experience incredible. I moved here from out of state totally new to Michigan and they all did such an amazing job. Shoutout to Maurice who went beyond to always be there for me with service requests! If I could move back there I definitely will that team made The Boulevard feel like home away from home for me
