Good location but not much else I was unimpressed, especially for the price. We have stayed at other “boutique hotels” in the past, for much less cost, and everything was better: the bedding, the condition and size of the room, the comfort of the lobby… here, we had the smallest, weirdly shaped room on the floor, the closest to the elevator and stairwell (which I specifically requested to be far from). Nice room, great location Very nice room at a great location, right around the corner from TD Garden. Plenty of hot water and friendly people. A couple of minor issue - the safe didn't work and the TV remote did not turn on the TV. I would stay again.
Room was very dark. Dim bulbs in lamps. Hallway smelled like urine.
