Family venue. Only issue was slow service in the breakfast area.
So convenient to TD Garden! We were given a lower category room but it was corrected. Not sure if it was Expedia or hotel that made the error. Either way, it was handled. Some cleanliness issues with the room but I took care of it rather than raising another issue. We'd already arrived late and were tired. Comfy bed, bad pillows. Plenty of hot water in the shower! Quiet and perfect for a god night's sleep. AC worked really well. Hotel staff was friendly enough.
