Wonderful staff. Wonderful service. Room was quiet and so comfortable.
Good stay. Nice location and room was great.
The first room we were scheduled to be in had not been cleaned. The room we were moved into was a double instead of a King. This wasn't a horrible problem, but we had to move rooms again the next morning. Again not really a problem. However, every time that we had to go to the front desk it would take 30-45 mins for them to figure out in the system what was going on. Overall the hotel was good. the customer service is rough.
Good location, very nice hotel, staff were very nice, very good restaurant inside.
The rooms are small but are clean & nice. It was hard to gey ahold of staff & we had to walk downstairs & had the bartender help us. Thanks to the bartender
The rooms at the hotel, while very small, were clean and were maintained daily by staff. The hotel does have a small restaurant and bar - but it seems like they were never open during our stay or never had guests using these services. Every time we inquired, we were told the bar and/or restaurant were closed but that we could use room service, instead. Easy check-in and central location
Property was gorgeous. People very friendly (Dan at the bar is a great guy). Easy walk to North End, the Garden, and T stops.
