Buen hotel
The hotel was chosen for its convenience and location near to TD Garden. This turned out to be its only redeeming quality. When we arrived, I was informed that I would incur further “amenity charges” per night. That was just a money grab because I do NOT know what amenities I received. My “amenity charge” certainly did NOT seem to guarantee me any heat in my room! Rooms are super small. No closet with tiny bathrooms. Barely a counter in the bathroom to put your toothbrush on. Half the time my room did not get serviced as they showed up so late in the day!

Good, bad & scary behind the Boxer Slice of cool, old Boston. Great: Location, old-school & unique architecture, great restaurant-bar. Not-so great: Small rooms, not well designed for size. Some modern conveniences missing—there’s no room. Really bad: Parking! Dark & stormy night. Had to park in the downright creepy lot next to hotel.
