Check your bank statement The stay was fine, but I incurred $80 worth of false charges I needed to have removed. $40 for mini-bar purchases I never made and $40 simply from nowhere. The woman I worked with on resolution was great, but the situation felt dishonest. Won’t return.
The chexk in was simple and easy no issues the front desk guy was so nice. When we went our room it was so clean and perfect. My husband and i enjoyed our stay and will stay again
The staff were all friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. It was quiet, even though it was close to North Station and TD Garden. It was clean and comfortable. I will gladly stay there again.
Nice hotel well located and good service Service was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in my room was not working and when I asked at the reception she immediately upgraded me to another room
I love the building architecture, my room (it has everything I need and then some), and the bar and restaurant downstairs with the ability to order room service; chef was great!
Was great
So convenient and close to TD Garden. Bar inside. Bartender was great with our drinks. Parking was a block away at a garage for $40 but with construction and how confusing Boston is you will get lost. Thats not the hotels fault though. Overall would definitely recommend and stay there again.
