For $400 a nice for a basic room, this hotel didn't meet expectations. The fridge wasn't working, we only had one bath towel, the plug points next to the bed didnt work. Also, the shape of the room is odd, barely giving you enough room to walk around the bed - let alone have your suitcase open to access your belongings. The front desk was nice enough to honor the upgrade for being a platinum member on Expedia, and we were given a king suite. The hotel was so convenient to the Garden and the food in the restaurant was terrific. The staff was accommodating and friendly- and 12 pm checkout was so nice!
