Brendan was a true professional throughout our search , negotiations, closing & signing. He was very responsive to our questions and needs.He exhibited great knowledge of the area helping us as we were out-of-towners looking for a second home. Caroline Lauzon was our realtor and she was amazingly dependable throughout the process of us purchasing our new home. She encouraged us when we needed it and cautioned us when we were a little to “enthusiastic.” She was whatever we needed her to be when we needed her to be it.
